Assign and oversee various projects to general contractors building GSM, UMTS, and LTE for AT&T. Complete pre-construction site walks to establish a time frame and to ensure GC is fully understand the MOP for the project. Visits sites during construction to ensure project is being build according to AT&T’s specifications and on time. Collect and review closeout packages from our general contractors to ensure the proper documentation is complete and in order. Revise close out pictures to ensure they are properly named according the AT&T specified naming convention. Request day time and night time service and non-service affecting for carrier adds, cuts, and integration of UMTS and LTE cabinets.

              Extend, test, integrate and trouble shoot T1 circuits for GSM and UMTS Equipment and Microcell. Test T1 to the NODE or head to head using the DS1 testing units. Install UMTS, GSM, and LTE system for AT&T.
